Implementing a streamlined, efficient branding and re-imaging program with a new customer starts with an effective on-boarding plan.  We follow our proven six-step process which ensures that every new program launches and runs smoothly.

ANALYZE

 

Each Client has unique processes and procedures that typically need integration into BRRFlow’s existing system(s). We conduct a careful analysis of the Brand’s scope of work and system needs.

DEFINE REQUIREMENTS

 

We then define requirements to identify areas where BRRFlow may need to make changes to processes, add resources or create adjustments to our technology.

PREPARE PEOPLE & PROCESS

 

We adapt to the Brand’s specific needs, adjusting our processes and staffing plans to meet the Brand’s requirements for the program. Training, including role-playing, testing, live call monitoring and other techniques are performed.

ESTABLISH PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

 

BRRFlow and the Brand will establish performance measures and metrics for the program itself, for customer service standards, and for all other critical areas of the process.

IMPLEMENT

 

The dedicated staff is assigned, properly trained and all metrics and reporting is finalized. Systems are launched and all steps are finalized.

REVIEW & ADJUST

 

This phase of Client integration continues throughout the term of the relationship. Ongoing review meetings are conducted, evaluations made and, if required, changes are established.
